Bit of a long episode this time due to the number of games covered and ten minutes of talking about food. At least it isn’t lawnmowers this time.

Tapestry gets the Scurry treatment and luckily we had Nate and Mark keeping us in check. Not sure if there is anything new that you haven’t already heard from others, but we had to play this beautiful game. This is one of those games that I want another chance at with the same civilization just to see if I can find a pattern and a winning strategy. I can see where this might be a legacy game for some from the standpoint that they just want to get good at all the civilizations in the game.

At the time of the recording, I had not gotten to play Gates of Delirium, but I have since. Marty is right, this is a fast pace game where you need to pay attention to what is on the table and going on around you with the other players. It is a fun game where the final outcome might surprise you. It did me.

Bloom Town and Dizzle provided a pleasant surprise to us both. Before you discount Dizzle as another Roll and Write, you need to give it a try because there is some strategy that will surprise. Bloom Town is the same way with the strategy, but there is the potential for hate drafting in the game. So what seems to be a light game suddenly becomes one of hard choices and sometimes mean decisions. Bloom Town is a Walmart exclusive.

War of the Worlds is brought to you by Marty and Adam and it is always fun to hear Adam needle his father about things. This is a two player game only so keep that in mind as you hear how Marty lost both times.

Annihilageddon is a very adult content game. You have been warned not only on the box, but by us.

Thanks for listening and hope you enjoy.
