E-Win Champion Chair – Tony’s Thoughts

This year, I was given the opportunity to get a new E-Win Champion gaming chair to replace my current E-Win chair. Honestly, the old chair was fine and didn’t need to be replaced, but this one had some upgraded features compared to the old model but nothing that was significant in my opinion. The old chair was still comfortable to sit in. The cushions and fabric were still in good shape. This old chair was my office chair during the pandemic, so it has seen a lot of use, more than any other gaming chair I have had in the past. But having a newer model would be nice and how could E-Win make it on of the best gaming chairs in 2025? Can it be one of the best heavy gaming chairs?

Before I talk about the quality, I need to mention the arrival of the chair to my house. It occurred late in the evening, and it was easy for me to know it had arrived because of the loud noises coming from the delivery person for the box it was in was being flipped end over end up my steps to the porch. Eight steps in all. Once it made it to the top, the box was basically let go and a significant thud was heard. These chairs are not light and the packaging mentions that it should be team lifted. But yet, poor delivery person had to manage it on their own. I still wonder how they got it up to the steps from the street. Anyway, after watching the playback on the doorbell camera, I wondered what I would find inside the box. Upon opening the box, I discovered a well packaged, protected chair that regardless of the journey to my porch was in pristine condition. This goes to the quality to expect from an E-win chair because of the measures that are taken to ensure what is inside is well protected.

As I stated, this is a replacement for an older Champion model chair, so putting the chair together was going to be easy and it is something that I was not worried about with E-Win. Assembly is straight forward, well documented instructions on what to do at each step. No missing parts or hard to differentiate what goes where. This is what I come to expect and so wasn’t really expecting anything different or improvements because it is done so well. But I was wrong. Just because of one simple change, I knew immediately that this was going to be much better than before. It was the inclusion of a new type of Allen wrench in the tool kit. It has a handle now and it wasn’t just a basic Allen wrench (see picture). Something this simple, made the assembly go so much faster. I am not kidding when I say this probably took easily 15 mins off the assembly time. Another example of E-Win improving on their product.

When I worked in a control center in the electric company, I was tasked to find a 7×24 hour chair for our operators. The chairs we ended up cost a pretty penny but man they were durable, but not necessarily the most comfortable. The back was too soft for some of the operators and the arm rests were not adjustable. This is not an issue for the E-Win chair. When I sit down, I don’t feel like I am going to sink into the chair. And what does it matter about the arm rests? Well, if they are not in the right spot, it can impact you’re the muscles in your shoulders. It is nice to have adjustable arm rests. Its high-density foam cushioning and adjustable features cater to long hours of use, ensuring that users can maintain proper posture without sacrificing comfort. The chair’s build quality is commendable, with durable materials that promise longevity.

But one new feature that I thought would just be a gimmick is the magnet head pillow. What difference does it matter I thought. How is that such a big thing? Well, the fact that in four weeks, the pillow has not fallen off or lost its place like the old one with the strap means it is something I don’t have to mess with. I enjoy the size and comfort of this one compared to the old one. It really did make a difference. Other standout features of the E-Win gaming chair is its versatility. The chair comes equipped with 4D adjustable armrests, a reclining backrest, and a tilt mechanism, allowing users to customize their seating experience. In conclusion, I have come to expect great quality from E-Win and expect them to meet my expectations when I replace an old chair. But what I didn’t expect is how the little adjustments here and there would be such a great addition to the line. Be it speeding up assembly, magnetic pillows, slightly firmer foam, it is all recognized as things that make E-Win one of the best gaming chairs of 2025 and definitely one of the best heavy duty gaming chairs.
